From here you can search available properties here in the Desert or nationwide yourself. With these links, we help you obtain the same information that eal estate agents have. This is the most up-to-date information available anywhere, and it's yours -- free from us.

Desert Area Multiple Listing Service Users Guide

To search for a new home, condo or any other type of property in the desert, use our easy to understand users guide below. After reading the directions, simply click on the blue Desert Area MLS button to your right to get started.

STEP 1. Click on the Desert Area MLS logo above

Search Locally

STEP 2. Select Property Type, Areas, and Cities.

STEP 3. Use a price range that is 10% below and 10% above your desired price.

STEP 4. Click on SUBMIT button at the top of the page. If there are more than 20 properties, add additional search criteria such as Structure (approx. sq. ft.) or year built. Add one additional criteria at a time.

STEP 5. Click View Results.

STEP 6. Revise Criteria until you find what you want.

STEP 7. E-mail us the information on which properties you are interested in. Our Buyer's Specialist will then respond to you by e-mail or phone. Our Buyer Specialist will make sure that you are completely aware of any properties available that fit your needs.
